Service and testing scope
Zentara LLC, trading as Merchavelo, provides PackReturn for authorized private testing on a designated Shopify development store. PackReturn is not released for use on live customer orders. Use synthetic or anonymized records and only accounts you are authorized to access. These published testing terms do not establish that an in-app acceptance mechanism is complete.
Advice and merchant responsibility
PackReturn calculates partial pack return advice from recorded original sale evidence and Shopify facts. It never issues a refund or payment, changes an order or reserves stock. The merchant remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of its sale terms, for staff authorization, for checking advice and for any refund performed in Shopify. The app does not establish that a customer received or accepted those sale terms.
Unsupported, incomplete or inconsistent records can block a calculation. Do not treat a test result as accounting, tax or legal advice. Do not use the private build as the only copy of a business record.
Data and access
Use PackReturn only for the authorized shop. Do not supply customer contact details or credentials through receipt titles, policy evidence or ordinary email. Data practices and unresolved release prerequisites are described in PackReturn privacy. Merchavelo Inventory's separate processing terms do not automatically apply to PackReturn.
Fees and stopping a test
The private test is free. No future price or paid cutover is agreed here. You can stop testing and uninstall through Shopify. Export any test records you need before uninstalling; uninstalling and privacy erasure affect stored records as described in the privacy notice.
Support and changes
Report problems to support@merchavelo.com. Private testing has no guaranteed availability or response time. Testing may be paused to repair an issue. Public-release terms and their acceptance process must be established before a public installation is offered. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
