Record the policy
Set the pack price and return terms before the sale, as a versioned policy that cannot be changed afterwards.

Record the receipt
Capture the pack lines and prices at the counter before payment.

Match the paid order
Link the receipt to the paid Shopify order. PackReturn checks every line, price and discount against Shopify.

Save the advice
When an item comes back, PackReturn subtracts completed refunds and the retained charge and saves the advice with its reasoning. Staff refund in Shopify.
What it will not do
Advice, not automation.
PackReturn only reads orders and returns. It never moves money or changes an order, and it stops instead of guessing.

Which stores is it for?
Shops that sell discounted packs or bundles at the counter, such as school-uniform suppliers, and need partial returns priced from the original sale terms.
What does it cost?
PackReturn will be free at launch. Shops that enroll early keep free access.
What happens with an unusual order?
Pending refunds, open returns, order edits, unsupported taxes or missing sale evidence stop the calculation and show the reason, so staff can review it by hand.
