ONE CONNECTED WORKFLOW
The details belong together.
A delivery can arrive in parts. Its invoices can arrive later. Inventory keeps those records connected so the next decision has a clear basis.
- 01
Order with a destination
Create a supplier purchase order with its currency, line items and receiving location. Export it as PDF or CSV.
- 02
Receive what actually arrived
Record accepted and rejected units, a delivery reference and the staff member. Track the outstanding balance.
- 03
Review the whole cost
Match several invoices, add freight or other charges and review the landed unit cost before approving a Shopify cost update.
- 04
Plan the next order
Use location stock, incoming units and recent demand to review replenishment suggestions. Export the records you need.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
Clear permissions.
Clear responsibility.
Owners and managers review decisions. Receivers and counters work within their assigned locations. Records keep the person, destination and processing status visible.
Useful boundaries, explained.
- Shopify remains the source for live stock.
- Each receipt belongs to a location.
- Cost changes need a manager’s review.
- Shopify’s product cost applies across locations.
- History imports do not move current stock.
AVAILABILITY
A careful first release.
What does the first app cover?
Purchasing, partial receiving, invoices, landed costs, transfers, stocktakes, replenishment, reporting, barcode-label downloads and supported historical CSV imports. The individual workflow pages explain the boundaries.
Which devices is it designed for?
Shopify Admin in a desktop or tablet browser. USB and Bluetooth scanners that type like a keyboard can be used for barcode input; test your device and browser before relying on it.
Does it replace accounting software?
No accounting-grade valuation or historical cost-of-goods-sold is promised. Inventory value is an estimate using the selected cost basis. Your accounting process still needs its own reconciliation.
What will it cost?
Public pricing and an install link will be added when the release is confirmed. You can contact us to discuss the proposed app and your requirements.
