Availability and proposed prices
Merchavelo Inventory is not publicly available yet. Our pricing hypothesis is $49 per month for up to three active locations and $99 per month for four or more, with the delivered feature set and no sales-order surcharge. These are proposed prices, not an active offer. The actual currency, price, billing interval, included limits and any trial will be shown in Shopify before you approve a subscription.
Approval and collection
A public Shopify app subscription uses Shopify billing. Do not send payment details through this website or email. The marketing site cannot approve a charge for you. Applicable taxes and currency treatment follow the charge presented by Shopify and your billing arrangements.
Plan changes
Any change that needs new billing approval must be presented for your authorization. A location threshold on a marketing page is not permission for an undisclosed additional charge. Review the plan confirmation for the effective date and any proration.
Cancellation and uninstalling
Cancel the subscription through the app's available billing controls or uninstall it through Shopify. Cancellation stops future subscription billing according to the applicable Shopify billing cycle; it does not automatically promise a refund of a charge already accrued. Preserve the records you need and read app privacy for the separate handling of operational data.
Questions and refunds
For a billing error or refund request, email support@merchavelo.com with the shop domain, charge date and reference. Do not include full payment-card information. We review the request against the charge, the service agreement, Shopify's billing rules and mandatory law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived.
Custom work
Custom development has a separate written scope and fee agreement. An app subscription does not include bespoke development unless explicitly agreed.
