MERCHAVELO INVENTORY
Bring the history.
Keep stock steady.
Preview supported Stocky CSV exports, map their fields and retain purchasing history as an archive. Importing old receipts must not receive the same units again.

A REVIEWABLE IMPORT
Check before you commit.
- 01
Save your source files
Keep the original exports available. They are the reference for what the archive can and cannot contain.
- 02
Map the available fields
Preview the supported CSV format and map columns such as reference, supplier, SKU and quantities. Missing data is shown rather than invented.
- 03
Resolve uncertain matches
Review duplicate files and ambiguous SKU matches. A missing or non-unique identifier needs a decision before it can be linked to a variant.
- 04
Archive the history
Imported historical purchase orders and receipts remain historical records. They do not increase current Shopify inventory.
- 05
Reconcile the result
Compare a sample order, delivery and invoice against the source export. Keep any missing fields documented for the people using the archive.
MIGRATION WITHOUT SURPRISES
A clean starting point
beats a blind import.
Start by confirming current Shopify stock at each location. Treat that live position and the purchasing archive as separate inputs. A history file cannot prove how many units are on a shelf today.
